IN THIS LESSON

Ok, let’s get training. All you need this week are 3 golf clubs – a short iron, mid iron and a wood of your choice.

Have a few swings back and forth to get familiar with the feel of the swing again.

Next, fold up a towel and place it behind the clubhead on the ground.

Your job is to move the golf club, handle first against the towel – move it back some amount and then continue your swing to the finish.

Then fold the towel up again and repeat. 10 swings per club.

The towel provides a greater resistance that normally wouldn’t be there. It will help train your feels to an incredibly high level.

These 30 swings will take no more than 15 minutes. That’s 15 minutes of you getting better at swinging, and better at golf.

The more you do these exercises the better you get. Not many training systems can prove that, but you will find out for yourself in the coming days and weeks…

Practice Goal – spend some time watching the videos of a swing as well as the best swingers in history.
